Art Guidelines

At Adver-T we get a lot of questions regarding the submission of artwork so here are some guidelines to follow.

VECTOR ART
Vector art is the preferred format to use when submitting your art for your custom t-shirts or other apparel. Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw are the most popular programs used in creating art in a vector format

The most common file extensions are:
.AI , .EPS, or .CDR

RASTER ART
Raster art is the other format that you can use to submit your art. When sending rasterized art always remember that the higher the resolution, the better the final product will be when the job goes to print. A resolution of 300 dpi is the minimum resolution we look for to get a good print.

The most common file extensions are:
.PSD , .TIF , .JPG , .GIF , or .PNG

*All major art projects may be subject to art charges

*A credit card is required to begin all art

*Adver-T reserves the right to refuse service if we deem a design to be offensive, derogatory or if a logo is licensed (i.e. – professional / collegiate logos, Disney, etc.)
